Today we’re excited to announce our new integration with Jira Service Desk. Atlassian has a longstanding history of building great products, and Jira Service Desk has been the industry standard service desk platform since it was released back in 2015.

Integrating Jira Service Desk with EnjoyHQ allows you to organize your Jira conversations alongside feedback from other channels, giving you a more complete view of your customers. Centralizing customer data from multiple sources makes it possible to do in-depth customer research and find key insights into pain points, product issues, valued features, and much more.

In addition to pulling in support ticket conversations, you can also send custom attributes and labels to EnjoyHQ. This additional information can be used to further classify and/or segment your research within EnjoyHQ. If you use Jira Software for issue tracking, you can link customer feedback from within EnjoyHQ to projects in Jira Software.

Existing EnjoyHQ customers can navigate to the integrations page and select the Jira Service Desk icon to begin pulling in support tickets.
